Do you ship beer directly to my home?

We currently offer direct-to-consumer shipping for beer to residents within California only, in compliance with state laws. All beer shipments require an adult signature (21+) and a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times typically range from 2-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I return beer or merchandise?

Per state regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages. For merchandise and apparel, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

How should I store my beer once it arrives?

To maintain the highest quality and flavor profile, we recommend refrigerating your beer immediately upon arrival. Store cans and bottles upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged during transit, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
